I’m excited to be working on the draft of Grow GREATER: How to Live Well, Be More & Stress Less’. As soon as it’s finished I’ll be sharing excerpts with my newsletter readers.

My interest in reading personal development books began when I was in my late teens. By the time I moved to America at the age of 30, I had a fairly extensive (and heavy) library that unfortunately I had to leave behind. That gave me the perfect excuse to amass a new collection of books, some of which are included below.  If you’re wondering why there are two children’s books listed, I recommend you read (or re-read) them to find out why their wisdom is so timeless.

After my favorite books, you’ll find three sections: Live Well, Be More and Stress Less. I will continue to add to these sections, so please check back for my latest recommendations*.
