Grow GREATER’s signature 8-week coaching program is designed to help you overcome stress, rediscover your passion and purpose, and create an achievable vision of the kind of  happy, successful life you’d like to lead at home and work.

The Grow GREATER 8-week Plan

After you register, you’ll receive a welcome packet containing all the tools and instructions you need on the path towards greater success and happiness.

WEEK ONE: GET REAL PERSPECTIVE ON YOUR CURRENT SITUATION

To begin, we’ll use some illuminating assessments to take an honest, powerful look at your life. We’ll identify barriers and beliefs that may be holding you back, and review strategies you can use to map out your personal and professional path to real happiness and success. You’ll be given your own personal Life Plan to add to each week, so you use the insights from each session to chart your progress and set goals.

 WEEK TWO: FIND, STRENGTHEN AND GROW RELATIONSHIPS

 Understand the impact of your words and actions. Boost self-confidence at work, at home and out in the community with the essential skills of grace and courtesy. Learn the simple code you need to connect easily with anyone and everyone you meet.

WEEK THREE: TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE

  When you embrace responsibility you give yourself the power to succeed. When you own your choices, and acknowledge how they affect you, others and the world around you, you can control the outcome and map out a destiny you’ll be proud of.

WEEK FOUR: ENJOY BETTER HEALTH AND LOWER STRESS

Learn how to live well: nourish your body with the food, sleep and movement it needs to perform at its best. Take charge of your wellness from the inside out to feel happier, faster.

WEEK FIVE: BE YOUR BEST SELF

Discover the power of the positive. Learn how to adjust your attitude in order to bring out the best in yourself and others. Banish negative thinking and low self esteem forever.

WEEK SIX: FIND BALANCE AND JOY

Everyone has the same 24 hours each day but why do some manage to do more in that time? Learn how to tame the clock (and your schedule) and prioritize commitments so you can enjoy a healthy balance between work, rest and play.

WEEK SEVEN: ENRICH YOUR WORLD

Who, or what inspires you to keep learning and growing? Find and tap into sources of personal growth, then share your learning with others to build a community of empowerment.

WEEK EIGHT: DEVELOP UNSHAKEABLE STRENGTH

Everyone experiences challenging situations but what you learn from them, and how you use that knowledge, will determine your success in the future. Learn to harness the power of resilience so you can bounce back from any situation.

Share your journey, tips and comments with others who are on a quest for a GREATER life. Individual and group coaching is also available for graduates of the Grow GREATER program.
